Dear Sidney Elementary Families,
With our staff and student orientation week now complete all students have been placed into their new classrooms and their learning cohort. Monday, September 14th is a full day (8:40-2:48) of instruction for Grade 1-5. Kindergarten students will continue with their gradual entry schedule.
Some points to remember:
Please arrive at the school as close to 8:35 am as possible and proceed directly to your assigned entrance to line up and wait for your teacher
If you arrive a few minutes late please check your cohort entrance first to see if you teacher is still welcoming students; if the door is closed please come to the front entrance of the school and a staff member will assist you
The playgrounds are not open for free play before and after school in order to keep learning cohorts separate and there is no “Bee Active” morning in the gym.
Please encourage your child to keep their coloured wristband on as long as possible.
