We have had an amazing week here at Sidney Elementary. We have been talking about the Virtue of Love and celebrating Random Acts of Kindness this week. Each day, we are noticing students doing things for each other and for the staff to show kindness. Students are showing kindness by holding the door for each other, cleaning up their workspaces without being asked, sharing jokes on the playground, and writing notes telling someone why they are special! It has been a fabulous week- the sunshine allowed our field to dry up enough to have soccer games start up again! We are really starting to see the signs of spring here Sidney Elementary.
A reminder that Friday Feb 18 is a Non instructional Day and Monday is BC Family Day. We hope all of our Sidney families enjoy this time together.
