MUNCH A LUNCH
Here are a few reminders from the PAC regarding Hot Lunch ordering.
The winter session for PAC Hot Lunch is still open on the Munch a Lunch website and parents are able to sign in and order for the following dates.
Next Hot Lunch Dates:
- No Hot Lunch in March due to Spring Break
- Friday, April 17 (Ordering closes on April 7)
- Friday, May 29 (Ordering closes on May 19)
- Friday, June 12 (Ordering closes on June 2)
You will need to place an order for each lunch date; the orders do not automatically roll over to the next month’s hot lunch date. (That only happened in January due to November’s hot lunch being cancelled.)
The Hot Lunch Coordinator must order each month’s hot lunches ten days prior to the hot lunch date. This means that the ordering will be closed 10 days before the next hot lunch date.
How Does it Work?
- We have already set up the account for the school. Parents just need to register an account, add children to their account, enter allergy details, then place their order!
- Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, or cash.
- Parents will receive an automated email lunch reminder the day before the lunch!
Why Go Online?
- To avoid paper forms, save time, eliminate calculation errors, and make it easy for parents to order and pay!
- Munch A Lunch sends automated lunch reminders to parents. This includes details of the lunch orders!
- Allows admins to run reports easily and track orders
