This coming Wednesday is widely recognized as Pink Shirt Day across the country and around the world. Pink Shirt Day is now an annual event across Canada. Wearing pink on this special day reminds us to all be kind and to stand up for each other. At our Monday Assembly, our intermediate students will present to the entire school about the importance of this day and the importance of kindness everyday. Our student will also prepare us for our "pink parade" on Wednesday. Students are asked to dress in pink on Wednesday (shirts, pants, socks, hats, accessories, whatever you've got)! We will have a pink parade to music around the school, so start to gather your pink items over the weekend!
