As we head into warmer and dryer weather (hopefully!). We would like to address the wearing of Heelies (shoes with wheels in the heels) at school. Unfortunately, these type of wheeled shoes are not allowed at school. The reasons for this are both because of safety and liability (similar to how scooters and bicycles are not able to be ridden on school grounds during the school day), and because the shoes have a tendency to gouge the floors in the school.
The shoes may be worn to school if the wheels are left at home.
