Sidney Elementary School

Our first elementary Cross Country Meet of the season is scheduled for this Wed, Apr 17 at Centennial Park. Sidney, along with Deep Cove and ȽÁU, WELṈEW̱ Tribal School, are host schools for Meet #1 so we need 10 parent volunteers from Sidney to be course marshals. It is a very easy and fun job, standing along the course, waving to and encouraging runners as they pass. Our set-up crew will gather you are 3:30 and place you along the course. Please RSVP to Mrs Postlethwaite spostlethwaite@saanichschools.ca if you are able to help out from 3:30-4:30. Let’s make sure Sidney has our full complement of volunteers so the meet runs smoothly and on time. Grandparents, older siblings, other family members welcome!
