Dear Parents and Guardians,
Sidney Elementary PAC will be hosting our 3nd annual Holiday Fair on Saturday, November 17th from 9:30am – 2:30pm in the school gymnasium. The event was very successful the last two years and we look forward to again offering a wide variety of vendors. Previous vendors included local crafters, bakers, hobbyists, home based businesses and more. We will have a Sidney School Bake Sale table as well as we are encouraging more “Kid-preneurs” to join in the event!
Admission to the fair is $2 and includes a ballot for our fabulous door prize draw. We will also be collecting donations for the Sidney Food Bank. Our concession will be serving hot drinks.
For anyone interested in renting a table at the fair, the cost is $30 with all the money collected going directly towards PAC sponsored programs within our school. Table rentals will be made available on a first come, first serve basis.
“Kid-preneurs” tables, for vendors aged 18 or under, will be available for $20. Shared tables are allowed; please complete one application and list all vendors (max 4 kids per table). A parent must be present at the table throughout the event for all children in elementary or middle school.
Consideration will be given to ensuring we have a variety of vendors and a good balance of products available. We will only accept one vendor from each direct sales company.
