Dear Parents & Guardians:
The 2nd Annual Holiday Craft Fair on is shaping up to be another fantastic event this year. The fair will be held on November 18th in the gym from 9:30 – 2:30. There will be a large variety of products offered by 35 local vendors, artisans, bakers and crafters. The proceeds raised will help fund the construction of an outdoor learning space for our children!
In addition to local vendors, we will also be trying something new this year by having a Sidney School bake sale table. In order for this to be a success, we are asking parents for donations of baked goods to sell. Please bring plates of six cookies, bars or muffins to the PAC kitchen on November 17th. We ask that any items with nuts be clearly labeled.
Lastly, we are looking for parent volunteers on November 18th to help ensure the event runs smoothly. Shifts will be 8:45 – 11:00, 11:00 – 1:15 and 1:15 – 3:30.
